The liver and the gut is the root of our health and the driver of any health issues, conditions or imbalances we may have. A strong healthy liver and gut gives us a strong immune and hormone system, that creates a strong core energy and increases our longevity and enjoyment of life!
Detoxifying our physical body makes it easier to clear dense, stagnant energy and ultimately karmic conditioning, traumatic burdens and energetic residues that become bonded to the physical toxins. As the physical toxins start to get dislodged and taken out the body - the old energies and emotions come up for us to witness as part of the releasing and transmutation process.
It’s important to hold space for ourselves during this process because it can be easy to get caught up in our victim consciousness. Sometimes we get thrown into shadow work, but actually it’s all part of the releasing process as things detoxify from the body, mind and energy systems. Natasha Anand, Teacher of Holistic Medicine

Natasha Anand trained as a Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist at the College of Naturopathic Medicine. She is also a Master Energy Worker, Master Sattva Yoga Teacher and Internal Family Systems Psychotherapist, working with Earthkeeping, Spiritual Crystal Healing, Quantum Techniques, Shamanic Practices, Jyotish Astrology & Holistic Coaching.
Natasha Anand has been on a journey of self-discovery and evolution over the last 12 years and her practice fuses modern with ancient techniques and wisdom. She has has guided 100s of people through thier own unique Self-led journeys of self-realisation and holistic healing. She is known as a pillar, spiritual guide and temple piestess in her community and beyond, known for her exceptional space holding abilities and empowering methods of the highest integrity.
Her unique ability to take people on a journey of Self-Initiation and Self-Liberation is central to her workand sets her apart from others.
Her work is trauma-informed, holistic and integrated. For over a decade she has been working at the grassroots as a Creative Youth & Community Worker, Campaigner & Advocate for the most marginalised communities in the Northwest UK. In 2015 she set up Earth Clinic & School in Manchester with her husband Roop Sagar and they have been teaching for 12 years in various capacities.
