He practices and teaches in various Energy Medicine lineages which he combines and connects with Celestial Energies, Earth-based Practices, Quantum Healing, Sound Healing Tools, Crystal Technologies, Sacred Geometry, Plants and Integrated Yogic Technologies, bridging ancient wisdom with cutting-edge, modern techniques. His work also focuses on guiding individuals to explore thier Healing-Warrior path, consciousness and offers a bridge between worlds. Natasha Anand is a visionary architect, Integrative Practitioner and Ceremonialist. Guided by a lifetime of teachings of the Himalayan Vedantic Lineage as well as many Master Teachers, her journey is a tapestry woven with Indigenous Wisdom, evidence-based research, embodied practice and varied personal experience. Her integrated approach to 121 therapy, Facilitator Training and Ceremony is to create Trauma-Informed, safe spaces.

Natasha Anand is a Master Teacher of both Energy Medicine and Integrated Yoga (Himalayan Kundalini, Mindfulness and Meditation), also practices as a Naturopathic Nutritionist and Vedic Astrologer. She fuses her training in Coaching with Internal Family Systems (IFS), has fulfilled up to Level 3 and IFS IFIO Couples Therapy training and is an official Programme Assistant on IFS UK Trainings. She also integrates Crystal Healing, Quantum Medicine, Indigenous Medicine, Sacred Geometry and Fire-keeping. Natasha Anand is also a Film-Maker, Artist and Aspiring Musician.
