We are Roop Singh Sagar and Natasha Anand Boojihawon, along with our other esteemed and experienced Lead Practitioners, offering our knowledge and experience of over a decade in holistic wellness, medicine and spiritual teachings, and 15 years working with some of the most vulnerable and marginalised people through our social enterprise, Union Street Media Arts.
We have a lifetime each of indigenous wisdom teachings from our own heritage of the Sikh, Yog-Vedantic and Tantra lineages of the Himalayas and combine this with teachings from various other cosmologies and traditions of Japan, Mexico, Amazonian Tribes, Khemet (Egypt), The Qabbalah and our current homeland of the Druids & Celts.
We have tried and tested various frameworks and processes from a number of fields from International Development and Youth Work through to Quantum modalities and Naturopathy.
We have held space in various capacities for 15 years and are pillars in our community. During the recent Plandemic, we took our work to the next level and have emerged with a paradigm-shifting model for practitioner growth and holistic wellness socio-economic development.
Our desire is to show up to the need of the hour and teach our students to do the same.
We have put this all together in an inclusive, holistic, safeguarded and beautifully held Mentorship programme that will support you to develop your holistic healing arts, space-holding and natural medicine careers.
Years ago, we made the decision to move away from quick weekend courses, seeing the need for fully held practitioner courses where students could be guided over time and given the space to practice, receive guidance and integrate - all within the safety net of a group or peers and qualified space-holders.

Lead Practitioners - Natasha Anand Boojihawon & Roop Singh Sagar
Both Natasha and Roop have been on a journey of self-discovery and evolution over the last 15 years, much of which has been inspired by their own healing journeys overcoming burnout, addiction and chronic health conditions.
Their practice fuses modern with ancient techniques and wisdom and draws on their experience of specialist youth and community work, creative arts programmes, community and social development, social justice, participatory arts, community capacity building, and holistic modalities and natural medicine.
Their work is beyond trauma-informed, holistic and integrated. 15 years ago, they started working at the grassroots as Creative Youth & Community Workers with the most marginalised communities in the Northwest and across the UK. They became sought after practitioners working with pioneering approaches which today we would call "trauma-informed" and "alternative education". They worked for prolific organisations including the Home Office, Oxfam, Runnymede Trust, Media Trust, The Lowry, The University Of Central Lancashire and many more.
In 2015 they set up Earth Clinic and Earth School following a realisation that they were strategically best placed to support the evolution of people and places through specialist health and wellness initiatives. They set up in Manchester and have been teaching for 15 years in various capacities.
Natasha Anand and Roop Singh have experienced a lifetime of indigenous wisdom from the Yog-Vedantic, Tantric and Sikh lineages as well as having immersed themselves and been initiated in several other indigenous cultures and ways and by several Master Teachers.
They have created a unique ‘Holistic Pathways’ signature process and are known for safely guiding practitioners, therapists and practitioners on transformational deep-dive journeys of inner exploration, stabilising into deep healing states, professional practice up-levelling and Integrity Alignment. They are seen as pillars in their community and respected as experienced and integral practitioners.
Roop Singh Sagar
Roop is a Reiki Master and Energy Coach with 10 years experience in the healing arts and 15 years holding-space. As a master energy worker, Roop has vast experience from working with the heart-mind connection to the consciousness field that connects every living organism on the planet.
He is trained in Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki, Sekhem Reiki, Distance Healing, Quantum Field Healing, Frequency Healing, Timeline Healing, Auric Field Healing, Psychic Surgery, DNA Healing/Recoding & Spiritual Crystal Healing.
Roop has experience and great depth of knowledge in anatomy, physiology and the sciences of the human energy system. He understands fully the potential of the human body to heal itself. He fuses his intuition, techniques, channelled guidance and the incredible human technologies in a truly held and safe healing space.
Examples of the types of ailments/illness Roop has treated in the past – migraines, sports injuries & regeneration, trauma & ancestral healing, cysts, arthritis, inflammation, digestive system disorders, depression, anxiety, addiction.
Roop’s personal experience comes from overcoming chronic physical and psychological health conditions from childhood, overcoming addiction, ancestral trauma and continuing self-mastery of his energy systems.
Natasha Anand Boojihawon
She is Priestess in residence at her Temple, Sri Shakti Ma in Manchester and has been working ceremonially for lifetimes. She currently holds space through; 1 to 1 therapy, spiritual guidance, holistic & energy teacher training programmes, facilitating group work and sacred ceremonies.
She has been teaching landholding-sapce for 15 years in various capacities. Natasha Anand is a Master Energy Worker, Master Sattva Yoga Teacher, Leadership Coach, Jyotish (Vedic) Astrologer and Holistic Therapist fusing Internal Family Systems Psychotherapy, Holistic/Integrated Medicine, Naturopathic Nutrition, Usui Shiki Ryoho, Sekhem Reiki, Integrated Himalayan Yoga, Earthkeeping, Spiritual Crystal Healing, Quantum Medicine, Shamanic Practices, Sacred Geometry & Holistic Coaching.
She creates safe and powerful spaces for people to heal at profound levels. Her work is highly specialised - trauma-informed, holistic and integrated.
Natasha Anand draws much experience from her own journey overcoming two autoimmune conditions, hormone imbalances, addiction, burnout and ancestral trauma, which very much initiated her on this path of awakening and service.
Natasha has been on a journey with psychedelics for the last 12 years and now guides and facilities her clients to do the same using a trauma-informed and ceremonial approach.
Lead Practitioner - Anne-Marie Crowther
Anne-Marie has 30+ years coaching experience across a range of sectors and has founded & managed several businesses in the past, including an arts centre, community gym and a holistic health practice. She especially enjoy working with: individuals/groups undergoing life, career, organisational change eg: startup, windup, growth, loss, founders, pioneers, artists, therapists and small business owner/managers Individuals/organisations working primarily towards social change or community/environmental benefit/welfare of others.
She has particular expertise in leadership, career and business coaching and change management - personal and professional. She holds an MSc in Management Consultancy with additional qualifications in Coaching, Hypnotherapy, Stress Management and Action Learning Facilitation and is on the Executive Committee for Coaching York. Through her practice, Under The Carob Trees, she currently works from both Spain and UK.
